Who it’s for

Software for tint, PPF, wrap and ceramic coating shops.

Four trades that sell the same way — a package, in tiers, priced by the car — and have spent years bending general repair software to fit. Tint Monkey starts from how you already work.

Window Tinting Shops

Every shade, every window, every car — without a spreadsheet.

A tint menu is a grid: film line down one side, body style across the top, and a shade picked per window at the counter. Generic software turns that into a hundred line items.

  • Carbon, ceramic and IR ceramic as tiers of one service
  • The shade picked per window while you write the ticket
  • Film tracked by the roll, taken off as each job is invoiced
  • Vehicle, residential and commercial flat-glass proposals
Paint Protection Film Shops

Partial front to full body, priced for the car in the bay.

PPF tickets are big and the coverage is the sale. Customers want to see exactly what is protected and what the next step up costs.

  • Gloss and matte film as tiers, with coverage packages under each
  • Included panels and add-ons spelled out on the proposal
  • Photos and video of your past work beside the price
  • Signed authorization before a single panel is cut
Vinyl Wrap Shops

Color changes and chrome deletes as packages, not guesses.

Wrap work is priced by the panel and the finish, and every body style changes the material and the hours. Most shops rebuild the same proposal from scratch every time.

  • Gloss, satin and specialty finishes as tiers
  • Roof, chrome delete and full color change as packages per body style
  • Bay time per package, so a three-day wrap blocks three days
  • Before-and-after galleries on the project
Ceramic Coating Shops

Coating tiers, correction add-ons, and the customer back for a top-up.

Coatings sell on years of protection, correction is the upsell, and the real money is the maintenance visit a year later — which nobody remembers to book.

  • Coating tiers by years of protection
  • Paint correction, wheels and glass as add-ons
  • Automations that bring customers back for maintenance
  • Commission for whoever sold the upgrade
Every size of shop

From one bay to a busy multi-bay shop.

Owner-installers

Send proposals from your phone between cars, let the phone agent take the calls, and let the automations do the follow-up you never get to.

Multi-bay shops

Service writers, installers and a front desk — each with their own view, their own work and their own commission.

Dealer and fleet work

Accounts on terms, statements instead of invoices-by-the-dozen, and a portal the dealer’s office can check.

FAQ

Is it right for my shop?

Is Tint Monkey only for window tint?

No. It is built for shops that sell film and finishes by the package: window tint, paint protection film, vinyl wraps and ceramic coatings, alone or all four under one roof.

Does it work for a one-person shop?

Yes. A solo installer gets the same proposals, scheduling and follow-up as a large shop, with five users included in the price for when you hire.

Can I do dealer and fleet work?

Yes. Dealer and fleet accounts run on terms with statements, balances and aging, and each account has a portal its office can use to see what it owes.

Does it handle residential and commercial window film?

Yes. Proposals can be for a vehicle, a home or a commercial building, from the same app and the same customer list.
